Happy Thanksgiving From St. Anne's Manor
On behalf of St. Anne’s Manor & the Torrey Gazette I want to wish you a happy Thanksgiving!
For those of you who are blessed enough (as I am) to spend the day with family that you love be sure to savor every moment!
For those of you who may feel a keen awareness of a lost loved one or loneliness in general during the holiday season I pray that you might be comforted by the love of Christ and the fellowship of the saints together in Him.
Depending on when your reading this, Caroline and I are either on our way to Atlanta or already there (I wrote this last night). We’ll be spending Thanksgiving with her side of the family and then spending Friday with my side of the family before heading on back to the Classic City to cheer on the Dawgs against the “Joke by Coke.”
For those of you who have been keeping up with the Liturgy Series here at St. Anne’s don’t worry, Part 7 will be up for next Thursday! Beware though! We will be discussing baptism so watch out!
Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving from all of us here at Torrey Gazette! Eat lots of great food, drink lots of good alcohol, and make merry with the best of ‘em!
“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – Paul’s Second Epistle to the Thessalonians (5:18)
