As part of my summer off, I decided to teach two adult classes and prepare two children's classes. I've had an excellent amount of help from adults in our church in forming a direction for the children's ministry as a whole. Lots of sleep has been forfeited to get our own church back on track with educating young people.

Part of that processes was a return to formal catechism classes on Sunday morning in place of Sunday School. We'll still be doing fun activities,etc but we'll also be having a joint teaching time where we educate the kids on the important doctrines of the church. 

We've crafted take home sheets for parents to review with their kids and initiate family worship.  I'm excited moving forward. You can read the first month of our TOBC Catechism here.
